| Cray Milligan is a lifelong resident of Brunswick County. He is a graduate of North Carolina Chapel Hill with a degree in Industrial Relations. Cray has worked as a public administrator having served as Brunswick County Manager and has a background in Commercial Banking having worked with United Carolina Bank. He has extensive knowledge of land due to his experience of owning and operating one of the largest farming operations in Brunswick County. Because of this land expertise, Cray specializes in land tracts and commercial properties. Cray is married to the former Wendy Redwine, likewise a life long resident of Brunswick County. Wendy is a broker specializing in resort and residential properties with Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty at Ocean Isle Beach. Cray and Wendy are the parents of two daughters and one son. |

| After visiting the South Brunswick Islands for 15 years, Wayne decided to move to the area permanently in 1996. He and his family moved here from Greensboro, N.C. where he was involved in Senior Management with Sales, Marketing, and Promotions, and experience for a national Housing Company. He was also responsible for acquisitions and development of properties purchased by the Company.
Wayne recently joined Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty in their Commercial Division and will be specializing in both Business and Land sales. He will be working out of the Sunset Beach Office and will focus on the area between Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Wilmington, N.C.
He is presently a CCIM Candidate and a member of the Brunswick County Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors of South Carolina. |
